My greatest fear used to be that I would never live up to my full potential. Through this work I’ve come to realize I was the one standing in my own damn way.
I’m a business owner, mindfulness advisor, meditation leader and connector. My one on one sessions are specifically tailored for high performing people with very active minds. I specialize in tapping into the subconscious brain in order to recognize and shift any blocks that may have you stuck in certain patterns of thinking or being. The result is a less stressed, more centred version of yourself that has the clarity and strength to get back in the drivers seat of your own life and live the way you choose to live, not the way you think you should.
